A leading hotel chain in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented General Cashier Paymaster responsible for managing cash transactions and overseeing payroll operations. The ideal candidate will handle payroll processing, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 2-3 years of cashier and payroll experience are required. This full-time position does not offer remote work.

  • Calculate and process employee deductions, bonuses, and overtime payments.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and payroll regulations.
  • Generate and analyze financial reports for management.
  • Assist in preparing documents for internal and external audits.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to improve payroll processes.
