We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and well-organized Customer Service cum Cashier to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing payments, and ensuring an excellent overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other types of transactions accurately.
- Provide product or service information to walk-in customers.
- Respond to customer queries, feedback, and complaints effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and daily reports.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the counter area.
- Promote products, services, or offers when required.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team as needed.
- Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in Business or Hospitality is a plus.
- Experience: 1–2 years in a cashier or customer service role (UAE experience preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in handling POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
- Language: Fluency in English is required (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
- Availability: Willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
