Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle cash, credit card, and other types of transactions accurately.
  • Provide product or service information to walk-in customers.
  • Respond to customer queries, feedback, and complaints effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and daily reports.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the counter area.
  • Promote products, services, or offers when required.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations team as needed.
  • Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in Business or Hospitality is a plus.
