Job Description

• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site operations.
• Ensure all work is executed efficiently, safely, and in line with project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and material scheduling to meet project timelines.
• Monitor and enforce quality control and safety standards on-site.
• Quickly address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during construction.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Technical Certification in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, equipment, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
