Job description

Field Service Technician I is responsible for performing installation, maintenance, technical support, and repair tasks on equipment and systems at customer sites. This role supports senior technicians and service Engineers in delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Perform installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment at customer locations.
  • Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems.
  • Document service activities, including work performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand issues and provide updates.
  • Support senior technicians & engineers in complex service tasks and learn advanced techniques.
  • Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Drive timely identification, investigation, resolution, root cause analysis and replication of technical issues
  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures during all field operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle (if applicable) in good condition.
  • Diploma Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in field service or technical support on multi systems such as control systems, Fire Alarm System, Security and CCTV system etc.
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevant technologies.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and troubleshooting techniques and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently, work flexible hours and travel frequently.
  • Valid driver’s license (if applicable).
