The Real Estate Broker will manage property sales from initial enquiry through to completion, providing expert advice to buyers, nurturing investor relationships and representing the brokerage in a professional client-focused manner.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
  • Manage inbound enquiries and generate new business through networking and referrals.
  • Qualify buyers and understand investment or lifestyle objectives.
  • Conduct property viewings and virtual tours.
  • Advise on off‑plan and secondary market opportunities.
  • Present market insights, ROI projections and area recommendations.
  • Negotiate offers and manage transactions through to completion.
Developer & Market Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and partner agencies.
  • Stay informed on new launches, pricing trends and payment plans.
  • Attend developer events, exhibitions and property showcases.
Compliance & Administration
  • Ensure full compliance with RERA and DLD regulations.
  • Prepare and manage Form A, Form B, Form F, MOUs and KYC documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system (Zoho or similar).
Brand Representation
  • Uphold premium service standards and professional conduct.
  • Support marketing and social media initiatives when required.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to UK and international clients.
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
  • 24 years experience in Dubai real estate.
  • Proven experience in off‑plan and secondary sales.
  • RERA Certification.
  • Registered DLD Broker ID.
  • Valid UAE driving licence.
  • Own vehicle.
  • Strong understanding of Dubai property transactions.
  • Ability to generate deals independently.
Preferred Requirements
  • Existing investor or client database.
  • Experience working with UK or international buyers.
  • Established developer relationships.
  • Zoho CRM experience.
  • Consultative relationship‑led sales approach.
