Whitewill Real Estate is seeking skilled and motivated English-Speaking Real Estate Brokers to join our prestigious team in Dubai. COMMISSION ONLY ROLE

Expected commission from closing two deals every 3 months is 200,000 AED per quarter

Take home is between 35,000 - 43,000 AED per month

This is based on 0.7 deals a month of 2.5M AED which is very attainable.

• Manage and process a high volume of incoming client inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Select properties tailored to client needs and organize viewings or meetings.
• Facilitate seamless transactions, ensuring compliance with market regulations.
• Build relationships with high-net-worth clients and maintain exceptional customer service standards.

• Proven real estate sales experience, preferably in Dubai or internationally.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft 360 tools and familiar with modern CRM systems.
• Confident, driven, and capable of handling negotiations and closing deals.

• Commission-Based Compensation: Earn up to 70% of the company’s commission for closed transactions.
