- Identify and understand clients’ property requirements.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
- Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
- Prepare necessary documentation such as contracts, lease agreements, and offers.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and legislation.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and follow up on potential leads.
- Conduct property viewings and inspections.
- Coordinate with legal teams, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders as needed.

- Proven experience as a real estate agent, broker, or property consultant in Dubai.
- Strong knowledge of property laws, market conditions, and real estate procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
- Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and real estate listing platforms.
- Multilingual capabilities (if working in a diverse market).
- Sales and target-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of local property laws and zoning regulations.
- Strong network within the real estate market.
