A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Supervisory Role in Stewarding or related roles in a Luxury Hotel or Upscale Dining Establishment is preferred.
Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
Demonstrated knowledge of Store Organisation, Inventory Execution and Stock Control.
Exceptional skills in Improving Customer and Stakeholder Satisfaction and Driving Profitability, showcasing a commitment to Industry-Leading Standards.
Comprehensive knowledge of Sanitisation and Cleaning techniques, and a thorough understanding of Food Safety Standards for Kitchen Equipment and Food Preparation areas.
Next-Level Organisational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a Can-Do Spirit.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the requirements of the Hotel.
