Interior & Fit-Out

The will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of our interior fit-out projects by managing all procurement activities with a deep understanding of interior materials, finishes, and details, while strictly adhering to project timelines.
Responsibilities:

Procurement Management:

Oversee all procurement activities related to interior fit-out projects.
Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors specializing in interior materials, finishes, and details.
Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to meet project timelines.

Cost Estimation and Analysis:

Gather, review, and analyze pricing data to prepare accurate cost estimates for projects.
Propose cost-saving initiatives and efficiencies to optimize project budgets.
Monitor project budgets to ensure financial objectives are met.

Documentation and Reporting:

Manage documentation including budgets, contracts, and procurement records.
Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, expenses, and project progress.

Collaboration and Communication:

Coordinate with project teams to provide updates on procurement progress and requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align procurement with project objectives.

Contract Management:

Assist in negotiating and reviewing contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions throughout the procurement process.

Deadline Adherence:

Maintain strict adherence to project timelines and milestones.
Proactively identify and address potential delays in procurement activities.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Supply Chain or related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of UAE experience in procurement, specifically within the interior fit-out industry is a must.
Champion knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and details.
Proficiency in negotiation, contract analysis, and procurement software/tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Leadership skills to effectively manage procurement activities and collaborate with project teams.
Knowledge of ZOHO ERP Software would be an added advantage.
