We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PR & Communication Manager to develop and execute our public relations and communication strategies. You will be responsible for enhancing brand awareness, building relationships with key media, influencers, and stakeholders, and driving communication efforts that reflect our company's values and mission. This role requires a proactive and creative individual who can manage all aspects of communication, from media relations to content creation, and deliver impactful messaging across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive PR & communication strategy that aligns with the company’s mission and business goals.
2. Manage and strengthen relationships with media outlets, influencers, beauty editors, and industry stakeholders to ensure optimal coverage.
3. Craft compelling press releases, media kits, and other communication materials to promote new products, events, and company updates.
4. Act as the company's spokesperson for media inquiries, interviews, and public events.
5. Oversee all external communications, including social media, press coverage, and partnerships with relevant beauty and lifestyle publications.
6. Lead crisis communication efforts and ensure consistency in messaging during high-pressure situations.
7. Collaborate closely with marketing, social media, and product teams to ensure brand consistency in all public-facing communication.
8. Monitor PR performance metrics and media coverage, providing regular reports to senior management.
9. Plan and execute events, product launches, and media briefings to increase brand exposure and engagement.
10. Manage external PR agencies and communications vendors as needed.
11. Develop long-term PR strategies to support business growth and brand positioning in both domestic and international markets.
12. Craft and communicate the company’s brand story through various channels, ensuring alignment with our vision and values.
13. Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and bloggers to secure coverage in top-tier publications and media platforms.
14. Identify and engage with influencers and beauty advocates to amplify brand awareness and reach target audiences.
15. Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including speeches, articles, blog posts, newsletters, and press materials, ensuring consistent tone and messaging.
16. Plan and execute PR events, including product launches, beauty influencer events, and press tours, ensuring seamless logistics and impactful execution.
17. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and media coverage to inform PR strategies and identify new opportunities.
18. Collaborate with internal teams to align on messaging and provide communication support for key initiatives, including employee engagement and corporate communications.
19. Lead communication efforts related to the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities, ensuring positive community and media engagement.
20. Manage the PR and communication budget, allocating resources efficiently for maximum impact.
21. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of PR and communication campaigns, providing insights to optimize future efforts.
22. Proactively manage the company’s public image, addressing any negative press or reviews promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 6+ years of experience in PR and communications, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
3. Proven track record of managing media relations and creating strong media contacts.
4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling stories.
5. Experience in handling crisis communication and maintaining brand reputation.
6. Strong understanding of digital media, influencer partnerships, and social media communications.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
8. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative communication strategies.
9. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
