Apt Resources is currently looking for an Assistant to a Property Manager for a Real Estate Office in Dubai! If you're passionate about property management and eager to support property operations, this could be the perfect role for you.

As an Assistant to a Property Manager, you'll be a key part of ensuring the smooth daily operations of our properties. Working closely with experienced property managers, you'll gain valuable industry experience while helping maintain high-quality living environments for tenants. Your organizational skills and proactive approach will be essential as you handle administrative tasks and foster positive relationships with residents.

• Support the Property Manager with administrative duties such as organizing tenant documents, maintaining property files, and managing lease agreements.
• Serve as the primary contact for residents, responding to inquiries, addressing maintenance requests, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
• Assist in coordinating maintenance tasks, ensuring timely resolution by collaborating with maintenance teams or contractors.
• Help prepare lease renewals, conduct move-in/move-out inspections, and ensure compliance with property policies.
• Assist with rent collection, payment processing, expense tracking, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Contribute to property marketing by creating online listings, conducting showings, and advertising available units.
• Perform property inspections and document repairs or improvements needed to uphold property standards.
• Build positive relationships with tenants by addressing concerns, facilitating communication, and creating a welcoming environment.

• Experience in Real Estate or property management administration.
• Valid UAE Driver's License.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
• A genuine passion for helping others and creating positive living experiences.
• Further education in real estate or business is a plus.
• Currently available in UAE.

Salary of 7000 AED plus additional benefits as per UAE Labor Law.
