Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the village properties to ensure smooth functioning and maintenance.
• Manage tenant relations and handle any issues or disputes promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, ensuring properties are kept in excellent condition.
• Develop and implement property management policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices.
• Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Collaborate with investment and asset management teams to enhance property value and maximize returns.
