Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead high-rise building projects in Dubai. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Manager to lead and oversee high-rise building construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects within time, budget, and quality parameters.
- Oversee all phases of high-rise construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and safety standards.
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate site engineers, subcontractors, and construction teams.
- Review project plans, drawings, and specifications; identify risks and propose timely solutions.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications.
- Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and project resources in coordination with relevant departments.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and present updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Oversee subcontractor performance and enforce contractual obligations.
- Identify construction issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Collaborate closely with consultants, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols on-site.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, high-rise building systems, and engineering principles.
- Proficiency in project management tools, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and work in fast-paced project environments.
- Proven experience managing high-rise residential or commercial towers in the UAE or GCC region.
