• Lead the execution of new site acquisitions renewals and relocations in line with business needs.

• Align with functional teams (e.g. logistics q-commerce offices) to validate space requirements and timelines.

• Conduct market-level due diligence and location assessments to support data-driven decisions.

• Manage and support a team of 34 real estate associates across different markets.

• Provide guidance on prioritization deal structuring and problem-solving.

• Review team pipeline and ensure timely movement of all leads across intake approvals and contracting.

• Work closely with legal finance procurement and facilities to streamline lease and fit-out processes.

• Track performance metrics (e.g. time-to-sign cost per sqm) and flag risks or blockers early.

• Ensure documentation and compliance standards are met for internal governance reviews.

• Maintain updated real estate dashboards and lead regular reporting to internal stakeholders.

• Support the development of market plans and space strategies in collaboration with the Real Estate Lead.

• Prepare briefs presentations and recommendations for new or strategic sites.

• 46 years of experience in real estate leasing or network expansion (experience in fast-paced multi-market environments preferred).

• Prior experience managing junior team members or project teams.

• Strong understanding of lease terms due diligence and site acquisition processes.

• Confident communicator and effective cross-functional collaborator.

• Highly organized with strong follow-through and a bias for action.
