Job summary
A recruitment services company in Fujairah is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale infrastructure projects, including airport runway developments. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of project management experience in the UAE, strong leadership skills, and a degree in Civil Engineering. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred. Joining is immediate, and fluency in English is required, with Arabic as a plus.

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale infrastructure projects with a strong background in roads highways and airport runway development.
- Lead end-to-end project management for major infrastructure and airport runway projects.
- Ensure projects are executed on time within budget and to international quality and safety standards.
- Manage project planning budgeting scheduling and resource allocation.
- Oversee contractors consultants and cross-functional project teams.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations standards and client specifications.
- Provide progress reports risk assessments and strategic updates to senior management.
- Implement best practices in project delivery and stakeholder management.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project management within infrastructure roadworks and airport runway projects.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects in the UAE/GCC region.
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
