Take over a key role as a Program Manager in the Fulfillment - Operations department and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success.

• Own and drive end-to-end cross-functional projects across Operations, Quality, Category Management and Product
• Take extreme ownership – from problem definition to execution and post-mortem; you don’t drop the ball
• Operate with high execution velocity and a strong bias for action - you move fast, unblock dependencies, and get things done
• Break down ambiguous, complex problems into clear structures, action plans, and measurable outcomes
• Use data to identify issues, find root causes, and drive continuous process improvements
• Manage and influence senior stakeholders effectively, align on priorities, and navigate conflict constructively
• Build and institutionalize scalable, repeatable playbooks that improve operational efficiency over time

Consulting-grade problem solving and on-ground operator mindset:

• Minimum 3–4 years of total work experience, of which

• 1-2 years in an analytical consulting/tier-1 consulting firm (strategy, ops, implementation, analytics)
• 1–2 years of industry experience in fast-paced environments (ideally startup, tech, marketplace, ops-heavy businesses)

• Proven experience in structuring complex problems, building clear frameworks, and translating them into practical execution plans
• Excellent communication & storytelling – can distill complexity into clear narratives for operators and leadership
• A hands‑on, low‑ego, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves attitude – equally comfortable in boardroom discussions and on‑the‑ground operational deep dives
