Program Manager jobs in United Arab Emirates

An innovative Program Manager with superior analytical and planning abilities and preferred experience in Supply Chain / Logistics. Must have knowledge and experience in direct-to-customer fulfillment operations as well as excellent technical problem-solving and communication skills.

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Launching new programs to accelerate speed (Dark Store SSD Direct customer deliveries, etc.)
2. Setting up the network and Transportation configurations (NDC Fulfillment experience (FX) charters across all emerging markets)
3. Program managing the launch of new systems, tools, dashboards, and processes
4. Undertaking cost/speed improvement projects
5. Working with cross-functional/cross-country teams spanning finance, operations, 3PL, and tech to set up the processes for maintaining the configurations
6. Driving improvements in existing fulfillment
7. Directly responsible for senior leadership reviews on these programs

1. 5 years of program or project management experience
2. Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
3. Experience owning program strategy end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
4. 5 years of supply chain experience
5. 5 years of communicating with and presenting to executive and senior audiences experience
6. 5 years of defining and executing against program timeline & requirements experience
7. Masters degree or MBA in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance, or equivalent quantitative field
8. 5 years of change management experience
9. Experience in complex problem solving and working in a tight schedule environment
