What You Will Be Doing

• Develop an AI-powered framework to elevate customer experiences, refining it continuously with the latest data and feedback.
• Utilize AI tools to tailor account management strategies, using real-time metrics and predictive insights for personalization.
• Create and refine an automated marketing ecosystem driven by AI, delivering personalized, timely content to enhance engagement and conversions.

Head Of Marketing Key Responsibilities

• Drive growth in customer acquisition, retention, and revenue by weaving AI technology into marketing processes, all while cutting down on costs.

Basic Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years leading marketing teams within a B2B software environment.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot.
• Expertise in generative AI, including using multiple AI tools, automating workflows, and creating custom GPTs; simple use of LLMs for basic tasks won't suffice.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD / hour, which equates to $200,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
