A leading healthcare technology enterprise is seeking a Product Manager to manage product development in a customer-centric environment. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in product management roles, with a focus on software products. Skills in Agile methodologies and a strong collaborative approach are essential to support the product lifecycle effectively. This position is located in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
This Product Manager sits in the Digital Technology and Innovation department value stream and is accountable for the Web and Mobile APP, and for the loyalty program. While accountable for agile development, part of the development work, and third‑party coordination is waterfall and should be managed accordingly.
This role reports to the Senior Product Manager, Digital. The Product Manager is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end product development process from defining desirable, feasible, viable and sustainable products to launching them and ensuring they continuously meet customers’ needs and internal KPIs. This role will support the Senior Product Manager with the strategy, vision and roadmap for products within the value stream, as well as day‑to‑day operations.
This role will have a customer‑centric mindset and act as the internal representative of the customer throughout the product lifecycle. They will leverage market and customer research to continuously understand market and customer needs.
