Chief Marketing Officer – Dubai – Tier 1 Development Company

Are you a visionary marketing leader ready to redefine how world-class developments are positioned, promoted, and sold?

We’re working exclusively with one of the UAE’s most prestigious real estate developers to appoint a Chief Marketing Officer. This is a rare opportunity to join a Tier 1 leadership team and drive the strategic marketing and brand agenda across a diverse and iconic portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets.

Your mission: to lead the marketing engine that powers demand, brand equity, and ultimately, sales performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategy, aligned with commercial goals
• Drive brand building, digital campaigns, and performance marketing to generate qualified leads and accelerate sales
• Oversee content, PR, media planning, digital, and events across key regional and international markets
• Work closely with the sales, product, and executive teams to ensure full alignment between brand positioning and revenue delivery
• Collaborate closely with the broker network to enhance their marketing efforts, improve brand consistency, and increase visibility and conversion of the client’s projects
• Champion innovation in marketing tech, CRM, and data-driven targeting to enhance customer acquisition and retention
• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary in-house and agency-supported marketing function
• Represent the company at major industry events and support strategic partnership initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years in senior marketing roles within Tier 1 real estate developers or high-profile property groups in the UAE
• Proven track record of designing and delivering integrated marketing strategies that directly impact sales and brand performance
• Expertise in both traditional and digital marketing, with strong B2C lead generation experience
• A sharp understanding of buyer behaviour across luxury and mid-market real estate segments
• Collaborative, creative, and commercially minded, with excellent leadership and communication skills
