We’re on a mission to make crypto education accessible through free courses, live workshops, and exclusive communities.

Your role

drive growth at speed—fill cohorts, pack workshops, and scale our paid community.

What Success Looks Like
  • Cohort Growth: Consistently hit full capacity (5,000 students) before each start date with a clear acquisition strategy and channel forecast.
  • Workshop Scale: Achieve 5x baseline workshop attendance within 90 days.
  • Community Expansion: Deliver 1,000 net-new paid Discord members per month while maintaining CAC targets.
What You’ll Do
  • Drive Acquisition: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google, Facebook / Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, and emerging platforms to fill courses and workshops.
  • Build High-Conversion Funnels: Develop and refine simple, fast funnels (LPs, Typeforms, UTMs, thank-you pages, calendar invites) that convert.
  • Create and Ship Content: Own hooks, creative briefs, and copywriting.
  • Write persuasively, move quickly, and deliver results without relying on agencies.
  • Leverage Content & Events: Turn host moments and show clips into lead-gen campaigns.
  • Execute promotions with precise tracking (UTMs, codes).
  • Accelerate Community Growth: Design direct-paid Discord campaigns with compelling offers and urgency.
  • Partner with community leads to amplify proof points and social validation.
  • Experiment & Optimize: Run A / B tests, analyze data, and apply insights to scale successful strategies.
  • Build Playbooks: Create repeatable frameworks and processes that can be scaled across campaigns.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing for consumer education, subscription, or community-based products.
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads; working knowledge of YouTube, Telegram, and X.
  • Proven track record of filling cohorts, scaling workshops, or maximizing webinars with measurable results.
  • Strong copywriting ability and rigorous UTM discipline.
  • Analytical mindset with fluency in GA4, Looker, PostHog, or similar tools, plus strong spreadsheet skills.
  • Bias toward action, comfortable operating in small, fast-moving teams without agency support.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with crypto and Web3 ecosystems.
  • Experience growing Discord communities.
  • Exposure to affiliate marketing operations.
  • Proficiency in YouTube performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with PostHog, BigQuery, Looker, or Webflow.
