Job description
Printerpix is a leader in personalised photo gifting, with operations across the US, UK, and Europe. We're now expanding into the Middle East and India, and are building a regional fulfilment network to support our high-growth personalised gifting business.
We deliver custom gifts that make people smile - from photobooks and calendars to canvas prints and engraved products. To serve customers faster and smarter, we are seeking a sourcing and fulfilment expert to lead the charge in building our local partner ecosystem.
Role Overview:
As Regional Sourcing & Fulfilment Specialist, you'll play a vital role in establishing and scaling our supply chain across the UAE, GCC, and India. Your core mission will be to identify, evaluate, and onboard new manufacturing partners, print suppliers, and last-mile logistics carriers.
This role requires strong commercial acumen, hands-on execution, and the ability to move fast in an emerging market. You will help us optimise cost, speed, and quality across the full order lifecycle, from production to doorstep delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and onboard manufacturing and print-on-demand partners in the UAE and surrounding countries (e.g., India, Oman, KSA).
- Identify reliable last-mile carriers and regional delivery solutions with strong service levels.
- Negotiate contracts covering pricing, capacity, lead times, SLAs, and return policies.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and tech teams to connect partners to our fulfilment and order systems (via API, middleware, or automation tools).
- Use AI-powered or automated tools (e.g., supplier discovery, logistics optimization) to enhance sourcing efficiency.
- Track partner KPIs, turnaround time, quality control, fulfilment cost, NPS impact.
- Lead site visits, audits, and partner reviews where needed.
- Develop an agile supply network that scales with seasonal demand and new product lines.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or fulfilment for a B2C eCommerce or print/gifting brand.
- Proven experience in supplier discovery, negotiation, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of last-mile logistics in the UAE and India.
- Comfortable using data, dashboards, and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, etc.).
- Experience working across borders and time zones in fast-paced, remote-first teams.
- UAE driving licence essential.
