Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations at the site to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Coordinate with client leaders and contractors for operational updates.
  • Ensure site personnel comply with safety guidelines.
  • Maintain records of equipment repairs and inventory.
  • Prepare and submit equipment status reports.
  • Guarantee compliance with health and safety policies.
  • Conduct toolbox talks to promote HSE awareness.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for issues.
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and coordinate repairs.
  • Carry out routine inspections and quality control checks.
  • Ensure availability of essential tools and resources.
  • Organize transportation and track incoming shipments.
  • Monitor site inventory and raise procurement requests.
  • Manage site resources including manpower and materials.
  • Maintain site-specific trackers and records.
  • Oversee IVMS reports for safety and performance.
  • Report contract breaches impacting employees.
  • Prepare regular activity and issue reports.

Job description
Logistics Coordinator, Offshore
  1. Supervise, manage, and oversee daily operations at the site to ensure smooth workflows and timely task completion.
  2. Coordinate with client site leaders, contractors, and the onshore team for operational updates and equipment status.
  3. Ensure all site personnel comply with scheduled maintenance plans and safety guidelines.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of equipment repairs, maintenance logs, and inventory.
  5. Prepare and submit timely daily, weekly, and monthly equipment status and integrity reports as per client requirements.
  6. Guarantee full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and local regulations.
  7. Conduct daily toolbox talks and meetings to promote employee engagement and HSE awareness.
  8. Act as the primary on‑site escalation point for operational and technical issues.
  9. Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and coordinate the procurement of necessary spare parts.
  10. Carry out routine inspections and quality control checks, reporting findings to the maintenance team.
  11. Accurately complete and archive all maintenance reports, including daily, weekly, and routine schedules.
  12. Ensure the availability of essential tools, equipment, and resources at the site.
  13. Organize transportation, track incoming shipments, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  14. Monitor site inventory, raise procurement requests as needed, and report missing or damaged items to management.
  15. Effectively manage site resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
  16. Update and maintain site‑specific trackers and records consistently.
  17. Oversee IVMS (In‑Vehicle Monitoring System) reports to support site safety and operational performance.
  18. Report any contract breaches by the client impacting employees directly to the onshore team.
  19. Prepare and present regular site activity, progress, and issue reports to higher management.
  20. Maintain strong communication with clients, suppliers, and the internal team via phone, face‑to‑face meetings, and email to ensure seamless coordination.
