Job summary
A leading construction firm is seeking a skilled Bending Machine Operator to join their team in Dubai. The successful candidate will operate various bending machines, such as hydraulic and CNC types, and ensure high-quality production in metal fabrication. This full-time position requires attention to detail, ability to interpret technical drawings, and a commitment to safety. The ideal applicant will have at least three years of metal fabrication experience, with vocational training preferred.

- Operate various types of bending machines including hydraulic mechanical and CNC equipment
- Set up and adjust bending machines according to job specifications and technical drawings
- Read and interpret blueprints work orders and production schedules
- Measure and mark materials for bending operations
- Perform precise bending operations on metal sheets plates and other materials
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on bending machines
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency
- Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in metal fabrication or related field preferred
- 23 years of experience in metal fabrication or related field
- Proficiency in operating various types of bending machines (hydraulic mechanical CNC)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes and metal properties
- Familiarity with quality control standards in metal fabrication
- Basic computer skills for operating CNC bending machines
- Excellent attention to detail and precision
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Commitment to safety and following proper procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to work shifts as required
