Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading Food Manufacturing company. We are looking for a Trainee Process Operator (Gizzard Machine) to operate complex machinery on the production line and support efficiency, safety and product quality in a poultry processing facility.

Responsibilities

• Operate gizzard machine and associated production line equipment.
• Read and understand safety, quality and operational procedures and manuals.
• Conduct regular checks on machine conditions.
• Perform preventive maintenance as per standard PM checklists.
• Prepare materials and assemble equipment for production startup.
• Monitor equipment performance and adjust parameters as needed.
• Support minor troubleshooting and repair tasks.
• Report any nonconformities or issues in process safety, food safety or quality to the supervisor or maintenance team.
• Assist production supervisor in achieving scheduled output.
• Fill and interpret control charts for operations and productivity systems.
• Handle material ordering and inventory requirements.
• Prevent product loss and reduce process waste.
• Minimize s and rework generation.

Requirements
