We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Bending Machine Operator to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Bending Machine Operator you will play a crucial role in our metal fabrication process ensuring highquality production and efficient operations.

• Operate various types of bending machines including hydraulic mechanical and CNC equipment
• Set up and adjust bending machines according to job specifications and technical drawings
• Read and interpret blueprints work orders and production schedules
• Measure and mark materials for bending operations
• Perform precise bending operations on metal sheets plates and other materials
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on bending machines
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency
• Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in metal fabrication or related field preferred
• 23 years of experience in metal fabrication or related field
• Proficiency in operating various types of bending machines (hydraulic mechanical CNC)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes and metal properties
• Familiarity with quality control standards in metal fabrication
• Basic computer skills for operating CNC bending machines
• Excellent attention to detail and precision
• Strong problemsolving skills
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Commitment to safety and following proper procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to work shifts as required
