To provide excellent levels of customer service to Rotork UK customers by the efficient turnaround of requests for technical quotations. Work alongside the External Sales team to build relationships with customers by the efficient turnaround of requests for technical quotations and conversion to orders. The role will require you to produce timely quotations with supporting documentation and drawings for a range of standard and customised solutions to meet the customers specifications.

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader this role is key in the continued success and effective service provided by the Front Office sales team.

In this role you will be responsible for delivering high levels of customer satisfaction at all times ensuring quotations are recorded accurately and in a timely fashion to maintain departmental KPIs and ensuring the accuracy of quotations technical documentation customer Purchase Orders and any other related documentation prior to issue to contracts for booking in.

This role would suit someone who will have excellent levels of customer service who is able to work quickly and accurately with a high attention to detail. A determined problemsolver who has experience of the valve industry and strong knowledge of electric and pneumatic actuators together with a strong commitment to delivering topquality customer service.

• To provide exceptional levels of Customer Service at all times.
• To respond swiftly and accurately to all customer queries within preagreed timescales.
• Produce Sales Quotations Prequalification documents Technical Proposals and any other form of information required by the customer / potential customer.
• Ensure accuracy of quotations technical documentation customer Purchase Orders and any other related documentation to process the customers order.
• Execution/processing of the purchase order to meet the customer delivery requirements.

• Degree or mechanical engineering qualification or equivalent
• 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role in flow control industry
• Detailed knowledge and experience in electric and pneumatic actuator products.
• Understanding of engineering drawings
• Background in Customer Service
• Desirable Knowledge of Microsoft AX
• Fluent English
