Job summary
A leading payment solutions provider is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee business operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership and organizational skills, ensuring high customer service during their shifts. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and resolving customer issues efficiently. Flexibility for weekends and evenings is required. Join us for a hybrid work model with three days a week in the office.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Shift Leader or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Good knowledge of health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations of the business during their shift.
- Manage the staff team, ensuring effective and efficient work.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies as required.
- Create and implement staff rotas and schedules.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with staff members.
- Liaise with other teams and departments.
