Job Description

Position Purpose

The Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing the student accommodation management under the Program, ensuring that all housing arrangements comply with cultural, safety, operational, and Client program standards. This role ensures that students receive high-quality, secure, and culturally appropriate accommodation while maintaining operational efficiency and financial accountability.

The role acts as the primary liaison between the Client, accommodation providers, and students, addressing housing concerns, managing contracts, and supporting overall operational excellence in alignment with the objectives of the Program.

The program supports students academically, culturally, and socially through a structured framework that ensures a successful transition and experience overseas.

The program plays a key role in developing globally minded graduates who return with the skills and exposure needed to contribute to the UAE’s national priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Accommodation Operations

  • Oversee student housing placements, transfers, renewals, and clearances.
  • Manage student housing complaints, safety concerns, and change requests efficiently and professionally.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with Client and the Program standards.
  • Ensure that all student accommodation arrangements meet cultural, safety, and operational requirements.

Administrative and Records Management

  • Support financial processes related to student accommodation, including invoice verification and coordination with Client Financial Operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of housing placements, occupancy, and operational metrics.

Reporting & Data Management

  • Maintain up-to-date housing and accommodation records within the relevant data management systems.
  • Prepare periodic reports on accommodation occupancy, provider feedback, and operational issues.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with Client confidentiality and reporting standards.
