Job summary
A leading events company in Dubai is seeking a Senior Executive – Planning & Operations to manage and operate events while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Candidates should have a university degree in Events or Hospitality Management and a minimum of 1-year experience. Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in CRM systems are essential. This role offers an opportunity to significantly impact client relationships and operational success.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Planning & Operations role.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and operate events as main contact between clients and internal teams.
- Build and maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for event execution.
- Prepare event budgets, track costs, and maximize revenue.
- Generate detailed event reports and KPIs for management.
