A leading UAE organization is seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage GHQ card issuance and facilitate operations within the company. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles and possesses excellent organizational and computer skills. Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years working as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
  • 2 years previous experience working in Human Resource preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Issuing GHQ cards to colleagues and contractors.
  • Keeping track record of GHQ cards.
  • Liaising with QAW security for permit access.
  • Ensuring quality of work across the department.
  • Handling confidential documents.
  • Coordination with HR for record keeping.

Skills

Excellent organizational skills

Education

Higher Secondary or equivalent
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
