Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years working as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
- 2 years previous experience working in Human Resource preferred.
Responsibilities
- Issuing GHQ cards to colleagues and contractors.
- Keeping track record of GHQ cards.
- Liaising with QAW security for permit access.
- Ensuring quality of work across the department.
- Handling confidential documents.
- Coordination with HR for record keeping.
