A leading bank in the UAE is seeking a Senior Officer to support Relationship Management Teams by providing essential operational services. The role focuses on enhancing client experiences by attending to service requests and ensuring efficient communication with internal departments. Ideal candidates should have a University Degree in Commerce or Banking and at least 2 years of banking operations experience. This position emphasizes teamwork and effective problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Bank with an exposure to Banking Operations.
- Knowledge of general Banking principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Responsabilités
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments.
- Attend to client service requests and provide appropriate service.
- Manage up-to-date records of correspondences and service requests.
