• Material Management:
  • Oversee the receipt storage and distribution of materials in the warehouse.
  • Ensure materials are properly labeled stored and documented according to company standards.
• Coordination with Engineering Team:
  • Work closely with the engineering team to understand material requirements for various projects.
  • Provide technical support and recommendations on material selection and usage.
  • Communicate material availability and lead times to the engineering team.
• Inventory Control:
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to ensure materials are available when needed.
  • Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to minimize waste and reduce costs.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials to verify quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Address any material quality issues promptly and coordinate with suppliers for resolution.
• Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to improve material handling processes and warehouse efficiency.
  • Implement best practices for material storage handling and distribution.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed records of material transactions and usage.
  • Prepare reports on material status inventory levels and project requirements.
• Supplier Coordination:
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply chain issues.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and provide feedback to ensure high‑quality materials.

• Bachelors degree in engineering is preferred or specific degree in Materials Management.
• Additional certifications such as Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS can be highly advantageous.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in material engineering warehouse management or a related field with previous Oil & Gas Experience
• Proficiency in inventory management software and material handling equipment.
• Knowledge of material properties testing methods and quality standards.
• Previous experience in large Oil & Gas Projects is required; ADNOC experience is highly preferable.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects.

• Possesses excellent leadership communication and co‑operation skills.
• Demonstrate ability to build strong working relationships and manage reporting at Project level with people of various cultures and nationalities.
• Possesses excellent analytical skills
