Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee construction and oil & gas projects in the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of the project lifecycle ensuring timely completion budget control and adherence to quality and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership technical expertise and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, monitor and deliver projects within scope, time and budget while meeting quality and safety standards.
  • Develop project execution strategies, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Lead project risk assessment and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays or cost overruns.
  • Prepare and review project progress reports, cost analysis and documentation for management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee procurement, subcontractor management and ensure effective utilization of manpower and resources.
  • Conduct regular site visits, inspections and quality checks to maintain adherence to project specifications.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure client satisfaction through proactive problem-solving.
  • Manage project close-out activities including final reports, handovers and post-project evaluations.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering desirable).
  • Post-Graduation in Project Management is an advantage.
  • PMP Certification is mandatory.
  • UAE Equivalency Certificate is an added advantage.
  • ADM Engineer's Card and Society of Engineers (SOE) membership are a plus.
Experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the Middle East with proven expertise in managing large-scale Construction and/or Oil & Gas projects in a managerial capacity.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering projects from initiation to completion.
