Overview
The Front Desk Receptionist plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests. This position requires a friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to communicate fluently in multiple languages, including French, Russian, German, and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors and members with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and bookings accurately.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and effectively.
- Assist in scheduling classes, appointments, and other services offered by the gym.
- Provide information about gym facilities, memberships, and services in multiple languages.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Administrative Support
- Input and maintain accurate membership and client data in the CRM system.
- Process payment transactions and maintain financial records.
- Prepare daily reports and assist with any administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members regarding facility maintenance and improvements.
Customer Service Excellence
- Address member inquiries, concerns, and service enhancement suggestions in a professional manner.
- Ensure all members receive a consistently high level of service to promote guest satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma required; a graduate degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury or high-end service environment.
- Fluency in multiple languages (French, Russian, German, Spanish, etc.) is mandatory.
- Experience with CRM systems and cash handling.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
