The Spa & Wellness Manager Corporate plays a key role in supporting the rollout of wellness initiatives across the company’s global properties.
Reporting to the Global Vice President of Spa & Wellness, this role supports the creation and ensures the seamless implementation of wellness strategies, maintaining brand standards and enhancing operational efficiency in line with the brand's overall goals.
By collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing projects, and providing key research and reporting, the manager will help drive innovation and elevate the wellness experience for both guests and the local market. Additionally, this role will contribute to the growth and profitability of the spa and wellness division while maintaining operational excellence across all locations.
This position is ideal for a hospitality professional with a strong interest or experience in wellness looking to play a pivotal role in the expansion and success of a dynamic and evolving wellness division.
