The Consultant Chef will collaborate with the production team to create culinary solutions that cater to market trends and customer preferences. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance on culinary techniques, flavor pairings, and presentation methods that ensure the highest quality of fresh produce products.

Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative recipes and product concepts using fresh produce that meet market demands.
  • Consult on food processing techniques, cooking methods, and preservation methods to maximize flavor and quality.
  • Train and mentor production staff in the implementation of culinary techniques that enhance product quality.
  • Conduct taste tests, sensory evaluations, and product development trials to refine recipes.
