Job description

We are looking to hire an Account Coordinator who can provide day-to-day administrative support to our Account Executives and Account Representatives and ensure smooth sales procedures. Candidates should be highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks across different teams and clients. Experience with marketing campaigns and a strong understanding of excellent customer service are highly valued. The ideal candidate will be able to administer daily sales activities and brainstorm innovative ideas to enhance client relationships. This role is vital in driving growth and supporting the Account Management team.

Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and retrieve sales-related documents.
  2. Design and renew sales proposals.
  3. Update internal databases with account information.
  4. Coordinate meetings, calls, and demos for the team.
  5. Conduct research on prospective clients.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams for pre- and post-sales service.
  7. Communicate customer feedback to relevant departments.
  8. Create detailed reports on campaign results.
  9. Perform market and competitive research.
  10. Assist in creating promotional materials such as presentations and videos.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Account Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially MS Office.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software.
  • Experience with marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving attitude.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
