As their Sales Director for the European market you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales plan to drive significant revenue growth. You will build strong lasting relationships with key clients and lead a highperforming sales team to exceed targets.
- Develop and implement a robust sales strategy specifically tailored for the European market.
- Identify and acquire new customers while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Lead mentor and motivate a sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders across Europe.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to refine gotomarket strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
- Continuously monitor sales performance market trends and the competitive landscape to adapt strategies proactively.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting and negotiations to successful deal closure.
- Represent our client at key industry events conferences and networking opportunities.
- 7 years of proven experience in SaaS sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- A demonstrable track record of driving sales growth and expanding market share within the European market.
- An established network of contacts within the B2B SaaS industry in Europe.
- Exceptional leadership negotiation and communication skills.
- A datadriven approach to sales strategy and performance analysis leveraging data to inform decisions.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional European languages is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel throughout Europe as needed.
