Senior Cost Accountant — Manufacturing, SAP & Variance
Job summary
A manufacturing firm in Sharjah is seeking an experienced Cost Accountant to manage inventory costing and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and professional qualifications are preferred. Proficiency in SAP and strong analytical skills are crucial for success in this role. - 4-5 years’ relevant experience in cost accounting within manufacturing.
- Audit firm experience on manufacturing assignments will be considered.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory costing for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods in SAP.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, including variance analysis.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of intercompany balances.
