In this emerging business area, we work with cities, local authorities and developer clients, leading telecom operators and investors, manufacturing clients, IoT providers and development owners.

Aviation Digital Consultant

Aviation Digital Consultant, you will support the delivery of airport terminal design projects. You will play a key role in translating technical input from various stakeholders with overarching project goals, translating them into clear, structured strategies that support decision‑making and project coordination. This role requires a blend of technical understanding and strong communication skills to effectively convey design intent to both technical and non‑technical audiences. In addition to design responsibilities, you will actively contribute to business development initiatives, helping to shape proposals, presentations, and strategic pursuits that expand the Aviation Digital portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the coordination of Digital design content in collaboration with SAS, ICT, MEP, architectural, and operational planning teams.
  • Summarize and communicate design progress, key decisions, and system interfaces across disciplines and stakeholder groups.
  • Translate technical inputs from subject matter experts into client‑ready documentation and visuals.
  • Prepare clear, well‑structured design reports outlining system concepts, design strategies, and integration approaches for Digital Systems and Strategies.
  • Develop high‑quality, visually engaging presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, airlines, and project partners.
  • Participate in stakeholder workshops and meetings, contributing to the collection and clarification of system requirements.
  • Ensure that all design documentation is aligned with project milestones, client expectations, and international standards.
  • Assist in preparing content for tender documentation, where required, with a focus on descriptive and conceptual deliverables.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants and leadership to develop compelling business development materials, including pitch decks, capability statements, and client proposals.
  • Support the preparation of customized presentations for client engagements, industry events, and strategic pursuits.
Required Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering, IT, Aviation Systems, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in airport projects or digital systems design.
  • Strong technical writing skills and the ability to structure complex information into clear strategies and documentation.
  • Proficiency in presentation tools such as PowerPoint, InDesign, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of airport operational systems (e.g., CUPPS, AODB, FIDS, RMS) and their role in terminal environments.
  • Experience in digital transformation initiatives.
  • Exposure to business development, client engagement, or proposal writing in a consulting environment.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • On‑site presence in KSA, especially in Riyadh for the project, and global travel is required depending on project needs.
Desirable
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary airport design teams.
  • Familiarity with smart airport concepts and emerging aviation technologies.
  • Prior involvement in Middle East aviation or infrastructure projects.
