Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Production Head to lead the Upholstery division of our client’s furniture manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, optimizing efficiency, ensuring product quality, and managing a dedicated production team. The position requires a strong leader with a proven track record in upholstery manufacturing and excellent management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the production team to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the Upholstery division.
• Streamline production processes for increased cost-efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control measures.
• Set production goals, monitor performance, and drive growth through efficient resource utilization.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the use of materials, manpower, and machinery.
• Identify and assess risks, ensuring they are mitigated to ensure factory safety and operational continuity.
