Job summary
A leading safety solutions provider in Dubai is seeking a Fire Alarm Supervisor to oversee fire alarm installations and testing. This role requires a minimum of 47 years of experience in fire alarm systems and expertise in compliance with UAE fire safety standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of both conventional and addressable fire alarm systems and demonstrate excellent team management and communication skills. A UAE Driving License and Civil Defense Card are preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum 47 years of relevant experience in fire alarm systems.
- Knowledge of fire alarm programming and troubleshooting.
- UAE Driving License (preferred).
- Civil Defense Card.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, monitor and coordinate all fire alarm installation testing and commissioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Fire & Life Safety Code NFPA standards and Civil Defense requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and verify the quality of fire alarm system installations.
- Lead a team of technicians and allocate daily tasks for smooth project execution.
- Prepare reports, checklists and documentation for inspection and approvals.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants and Civil Defense for approvals and inspections.
- Troubleshoot fire alarm systems, control panels, detectors, and addressable devices.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed on site.
- Support in preparing material submittals, method statements, and as-built drawings.

Position: Fire Alarm Supervisor
Location: Dubai
Experience Required: 47 Years in Fire Alarm Systems Voice Evacuacauation & CBS System
Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Electrical / Electronics (or equivalent)
Supervise monitor and coordinate all fire alarm installation testing and commissioning activities.
Ensure compliance with UAE Fire & Life Safety Code NFPA standards and Civil Defense requirements.
Conduct site inspections and verify the quality of fire alarm system installations.
Lead a team of technicians and allocate daily tasks for smooth project execution.
Prepare reports checklists and documentation for inspection and approvals.
Coordinate with contractors consultants and Civil Defense for approvals and inspections.
Troubleshoot fire alarm systems control panels detectors and addressable devices.
Ensure safety procedures are followed on site.
Support in preparing material submittals method statements and as-built drawings.
Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems (conventional & addressable).
Hands‑on experience with major fire alarm brands (Notifier Siemens Honeywell Morley etc.).
Excellent leadership team management and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Minimum 47 years of relevant experience in fire alarm systems.
Knowledge of fire alarm programming and troubleshooting.
UAE Driving License (preferred).
Civil Defense Card.
