A leading IT services company in Dubai is seeking a Manager – Employee Services HR Operations to oversee comprehensive HR operations and compliance with UAE labor laws. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of HR experience, including 7 in a similar role, with a strong focus on employee lifecycle management and HR systems. Responsibilities include managing onboarding, compliance audits, and resolving employee grievances. Strong knowledge of HRMS and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in HR Operations, with at least 7 years in a similar role.
- High emotional intelligence and empathy.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
