Our Client Managers are entrusted with cultivating and fostering relationships with key counterparts within our Retailer clients. The primary goal is to champion the implementation of the Customer First strategy playing a pivotal role in supporting our client on this mission.
As a Category Management expert you will own and develop the relationship with client counterparts in the retailer and drive customer first strategy. Your role is instrumental in developing, delivering and managing the category management workplan for the retailer that delivers recognisable value, satisfaction and return on investment and to ultimately achieve our performance goals with the retailer.
As a subject matter expert you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, win and manage impactful category initiatives and lead a team of Category Management Client Leads. Your success will be measured by the strength of your client partnerships and the outcomes your strategies deliver.
