Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Bus Fleet Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, servicing, and operational efficiency of our bus fleet in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in fleet maintenance within the UAE and a strong background in managing vehicle servicing, repairs, and compliance with local regulations and local and international companies within the same industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and servicing of the bus fleet to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Manage and coordinate workshops, mechanics, and technical staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle inspections, and fleet condition, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Ensure all vehicles comply with UAE transport regulations, RTA requirements, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with procurement teams for spare parts inventory management and vendor negotiations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and fleet performance metrics.
• Lead and train maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and company policies.
• Handle breakdowns, emergency repairs, and technical troubleshooting efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in bus fleet maintenance within the UAE.
• Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of bus maintenance, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
• Experience working with fleet management systems and maintenance tracking tools.
• Familiarity with UAE transportation regulations and RTA compliance.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
