A local coffee shop in Abu Dhabi Emirate is seeking an experienced barista to prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages. Your role involves supervising the barista team, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring high standards of customer service and coffee quality. - Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with consistency.
- Supervise barista team during shifts.
- Train and mentor junior baristas effectively.

- Uphold hygiene, safety, and operational standards in line with company and local regulations.
- Monitor daily performance, provide feedback, and report operational metrics to management.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
- Support development of new coffee menus and seasonal offerings.
- Assist in scheduling, staff allocation, and shift management to optimize workflow.
