- Monitor staff performance and conduct pre-shift briefings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, warehouse, and other teams for smooth workflow.
- Track operational KPIs and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate as necessary.
- Assist in implementing process improvements for efficiency and cost optimization.
- Maintain proper documentation for operations, deliveries, and inventory.
