Role Overview

Our client is currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator with solid experience in handling both freezone and mainland logistics operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized detail-oriented and familiar with government procedures customs documentation and cross-border coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate local and international shipments (air sea and land) for import/export
• Liaise with customs freight forwarders and clearing agents to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Handle all documentation related to freezone and mainland clearances including invoices packing lists delivery orders etc.
• Apply for and follow up on government approvals such as customs clearance municipality permits and trade-related authorizations
• Track shipments update internal teams and customers with delivery timelines
• Maintain records of inventory movement shipment files and regulatory documentation
• Work with internal teams (sales service accounts) to ensure smooth order execution
• Stay updated on UAE trade regulations freezone guidelines and customs processes

Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role in the UAE
• Good knowledge of UAE logistics procedures especially within freezones and mainland operations
• Familiarity with Dubai Customs import/export procedures and trade regulations
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple shipments and documentation with accuracy
• Proficient in MS Office and basic ERP/inventory systems
