Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of supply chain and logistics functions.

• Coordinate procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and transportation.

• Monitor KPIs to ensure timely delivery, cost-efficiency, and service quality.

• Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with business goals.

• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of shipments, inventory, and operations.

• Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and international shipping standards.

• Negotiate with suppliers, shipping lines, and freight forwarders.

• Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Warehouse) to support order fulfillment.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

• Lead and supervise warehouse logistics and fleet management teams.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field (Master's is a plus).

• Experience: 5‑8 years in logistics or operations management.

• GCC Experience: Preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, customs clearance, warehouse management, and logistics systems (ERP/WMS).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or Zoho Inventory is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Willingness to relocate and work full-time in the UAE.
