Junior Fleet Administrator — Logistics & Operations
Job summary
A leading investment firm is seeking a Fleet Administrator (Junior Level) located in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. This role involves supporting the administrative and monitoring activities of a heavy trucks fleet, coordinating truck movements, and ensuring efficient logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, strong logistical skills, and proficiency in both English and Arabic. Immediate availability is a plus.
Qualifications
- Preferably hold a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Knowledge or experience in logistics or operations administration is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Responsibilities
- Support daily fleet and transportation operations on site.
- Monitor GPS systems for heavy trucks and report deviations.
- Maintain vehicle and driver documents and compliance records.
- Follow up on registrations, renewals, permits, and service centers.
